The Development Programme has been specifically designed to enable new starters to quickly assimilate into the Morrisons environment and fulfil their potential. You will be exposed to a variety of development opportunities including practical projects, problem solving and off the job training. You will also be given the opportunity to further develop your leadership capability and your technical/ manufacturing expertise.
